i want change status PR (purchase requisition) in review to draft, because i want delete PR it.
Can you help me?

you can click Recall Button from workflow history being system administrator.
or you can ask end user(submitter) to click Recall from PR itself.
yes its work, but why that PR can't delete?
Most likely it should allow you deletion
1) if you are originator of Purchase requisition
and
2) status is draft for PR.
do you get any error message on delete OR is that disabled the delete icon?
So, as Admin can't delete it?
But i am as Admin, delete icon it unable..
And originator of that PR was haven't license to AXAPTA..
And then how?
if you do not have license of ax, how come originator created PPR?
kindly share any screenshots or some details
I mean , here I am as an admin and must have a license , which makes the PR is not me but someone else who once had a license but not now.
Then the PR to be removed ..
Do I as an admin can remove the PR that the status In Review ?
NO one can remove in-review PR.
A PR with Draft Status can be removed(only by originator, NOT by submitter)
If you have In-Review status PR, Recall it, let it be Draft Status again. Then ask originator to delete it.
Or login with credentials of Originator of PR.
but originator can't license..

There is delete button upside visible on Top-Left Side.
click that and tell us what happens after clicking.
