Teams Live Event Webinar available as "On-demand"

Posted on by 560

Post event On-demand recording of our Live webinars is a very important Lead source for my company. All ON24 webinars are directly available as On-demand after the Live event has finished. This on-demand feature is open to anyone who want to register and watch the recorded event. The is no limitation to how long long the event is available (180 days with 365M/Teams).

How am i able to offer the same on-demand features if we start to use Teams within 365M?
Do we get access to a recorded Video file, if so where is this located? What happens to this file after 180 days?
If i leave the registration open up to 180 days after the event, will the webinar start playing directly after someone has registered?

    Hi,

The Teams product team is working on increasing the availability of event recordings post 180 days. As this feature rolls out in Teams, we'll make sure that this gets added to D365 Marketing as an option as well.

Today, if anyone navigates to the event URL after the event is over, they would be able to see the event recording. You can leverage this fact by showing or redirecting users to recordings after they have registered for an event.

    Hi Partner,

A recording is available to producers for download for 180 days after the event is over, attendees can watch the event on demand using DVR options for 180 days.

Once the live event is over, the attendees can view the recording of the event by navigating to the attendee URL from their email.

After 180 days, the download link will expire.

    Please refer to following documentation:

    Regards,

    Clofly
