Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue? I get this message when I attempt to create an invoice from the customer's card. I don't get it if I go directly to the create sales invoice link.

Hi, Nitin, this is a bit strange, the error message is not the same if the setting you mentioned is not set.
"Invoice Nos. must have a value in Sales & Receivables Setup: Primary Key=. It cannot be zero or empty."
And he has no problem creating invoices directly. I think there is no problem with the No. Series setting.
This operation only opens the creation mode of Sales Invoice page, and does not actually create Sales Invoice. I suspect that there is some code in OnOpenPage of Sales Invoice or other triggers that cause this problem.
