Nonprofit Accelerator - Is there a version using unified interface?

I work for a nonprofit and we are in the beginning stages of implementing D365 and are trying to decide between using the nonprofit accelerator or sticking with the standard CDM. I assume the accelerator was built on the legacy app based on the error message below. Is there a version available using the unified interface?

Hi Christina, the Nonprofit Accelerator is based on the Unified Interface. That being said, we have seen this message be presented when a user navigates to a legacy application in Dynamics 365. Please feel free to share more details if it causes any issues on your end.
