Can you please explain how to achieve this using telemetry process  as you said ?

Is there any other way to do this?

Well, you can get telemetry data from Dynamics CRM online.

Another ugly options could be to have JS capturing your every move within crm forms, log them in a custom entity and on click of ribbon button just open that entity filtered by current user records.

Do you mean, tracking which record user accessed? which record was modified? etc?

    Hi...

    scenarios:

    1. You want to have a custom activity which can be listed in Activity section of CASE, Opportunity etc.

-- Yes, during creation of new entity mark it as Activity, that will enable you to log custom activity records in "Activity" section.

    2. You have custom entity and you wana include those records under "Activity" section.

--No, there is no out of the box way of doing this.

    3. You have activities coming from some other systems like ERP which you wana list as activities under  "Activity" section.

--Yes/No, In the release there is no direct way of doing this. However in upcoming CRM Online release Virtual Entities will be available to hold data coming from another system. Not sure how much this will be extendable but will be a good option to explore once new release is out.

    Regards

Can you give more detail ? Do you want to be able to link activities to a custom entity ? If so, you just need to set the Activities check box on the entity properties
