Dynamics CRM 2013 for Outlook 64 bit installation failure. Please Help!!!

I had successfully installed 64 bit Office 365 Pro Plus, sign in assistant, and CRM plugin with offline mode.

It stopped functioning, so I re installed everything but the plugin which fails and I receive:

    It looks like you already have crm for outlook client installed on the machine.  If you already have previous version of crm outlook client installed first you need to uninstall.  Once you uninstalled try to install again.

    Please uninstall the current version and then do a manual cleanup first before you again install it. See below steps:-

    These are the steps I followed once in my last case :- 

    1) Went to add and remove programs -> clicked on view installed updates -> uninstalled Critical Updates or rollups for crm outlook client.

    2) Above steps was successful

    3) Then in add and remove programs we tried uninstalling Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Microsoft Office

    4) Thus went to C:\program files -> renamed the folder "Microsoft Dynamics CRM" to "Microsoft Dynamics CRM_old"

     

    • If the Microsoft CRM folder cannot be deleted or renamed , you must restart the computer, and then delete or rename  the folder.

     

    5) After  that opened registry keys start -> regedit

     

    Note Made sure that we have a restorable backup of the registry before deleting any registry entries.

     

    a. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.

     

    b. In Registry Editor, locate the following subkey:

     

    Deleted all folders of MSCRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for Microsoft Office Outlook from the following paths

     

       i. \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\

       ii. \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\

       iii. \HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\

     

    c. Then search and do  find on MSCRMClient

     Right-click MSCRMClient, and then click Delete.

     

     

    d. Delete the Products Installed registry key. To do this, follow these steps:

     

    e. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.

    f. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:

     

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\02D425C090400500A8E9C0C494E0E445

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\KB2600640_Client_1043

     

    g. Make sure in above location check "Install Properties" and see the Display name as "Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for Microsoft Office Outlook'

     

      

    h. Then,  delete the the registry hive/02D425C090400500A8E9C0C494E0E445

     

    i. Click Edit, and then click Find -> Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013/crm 2011 for Microsoft Office Outlook (keep pressing F3 for next)

     

    Make sure we don't see anything on this in registry and if we see please delete it .

     

    6) Restart the computer if you want to reinstall the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook.
