BC14 - BC18-6 upgrade ,after conversion service not starting , event viewer

The database on the server must be converted by using the Invoke-NAVApplicationDatabaseConversion cmdlet before you can use it with this version of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
ExceptionStackTrace:
at Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.NavSqlDatabaseProperties.CheckDatabaseVersion()

Already executed Invoke-NAVApplicationDatabaseConversion command, if try to run again it shows like below.

A technical upgrade of databaseon server cannot be run, because the
database�s application version '131050' is greater than or equal to the platform version '131050'.
