Job planning lines - Resource/employee with multiply rates

How do you store multiply rates under the same resources/employee?  We have employees work on different project/job, and the billing rate varies job by job.  How do I store different rates in the resource for the same employee?

I have the same question (0)

Hi christyA - did you get a resolution for this.  I am in the same situation, but in the reply below Jobs>Navigate>Resource>Prices - you still have to assign these prices by individual task.

This is not helpful - did you find a way to assign different prices by Job. Keen to hear what you have to say.  thanks Alison

You don't have to assign prices per individual task. If you leave the "Job Task" field empty for a resource/resource group, then the price is valid for all hours for that resource/resource group is billing on the job.

This way you can enter a generic price for a job, but a different price for specific tasks.

No, I didn't find any way I can store multiple prices in the resources.  Instead of entering Job planning lines one at a time.  We enter multiply lines and multiply job tasks in a spreadsheet and do the import via configuration package.  That way, I have info saved in spreadsheet and just update and re-use the same spreadsheet every month.

Thank you! This works.  I was selecting the wrong Navigate function.  I need to select the Navigate function that's next to "Action".
