Portal Profile page not found

Posted on by 156

Hi,

I am registering a new user in the Customer Service Portal. I have the setting Profile/ForceSignUp set to True.

After providing uemail, username and password, and clicking Register, a 'This page isn't working' error is being displayed, and then the following:

Any suggestions as toi why much appreciated

Thanks

    Hi Steve,

Maybe you can try to restore all the settings to their default values:

    Authentication/Registration/ProfileRedirectEnabled: true

    Profile/ForceSignUp: False

    Or other changed settings...

    Hi Steve,

You can try to clear cookies of the browser now.

    Hi Leah,

I now get the message 'fph-support-portal.powerappsportals.com/ redirected you too many times'

before going onto the above screen shot.

    The setting Authentication/Registration/ProfileRedirectEnabled is false

    Hi Steve,

Did the error appear only after changing ‘Profile/ForceSignUp’ setting?

Have you done any other customizations?

Maybe you can try to clear cache to test again:

I might add that with an already registered user, the Profile page can be accessed and displayed as normal. The issue only occurs when registering a new user.
