That is what I implemented. Thank you Jeff. At least you confirmed my solution was it and no other option. The real solution is for Microsoft to give us the ability to choose current implementation or complete enforcement.
Require unique Cashier logins, Lower Bounds and Require Reason code for the Discount is all we've got right now.
One can run a Detailed Sales report that shows the Reason Codes column.
Re-train and then fire if continues will get the point across to the rest of the Cashiers!
The Lower Bound pricing only gives a warning. You can still accept it and sell below the Lower Bound price. There does not appear to be a way to prevent a cashier selling below this level.
The Lower bound field on the Item's Pricing tab will do this.
