How to report abuse of Customer Voice to Microsoft

One of our customers recieved this Customer Voice link via a Phishing mail.

This is the link: https://customervoice.microsoft.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=umcRcb309Em-FulPS_yrfJRVFkFturxBhkhmnWLlykZUNUhPNU9LMktRU0lPUEJJV0VSRktCNVpBSy4u

It is clearly misused for phishing. Is there any way to report this to Microsoft so that they could take it down? I Know there is a 'Report Abuse' button at the button. But that abuse notification is sent to the owners of the report. Not to Microsoft. I want MS to take action before customers will become victim of this.

    Replying to this old post in case anyone else comes across it. Generally there will be a "Report Abuse" link at the bottom of these types of forms, and you can use that to report it, including the type of abuse (in this case, phishing). You can also send email to D365PPC@microsoft.com if you can't use that link for some reason or you have additional questions.
