Is NAV 2013 compatible with Windows Serve 2019 Standard version?

The official answer is that Microsoft did never test it. Others may say that this may work fine and that there are no issues. If you do require support from Microsoft (forgetting the fact that Dynamics NAV 2013 is no longer supported as well), a Microsoft CSS engineer may kindly ask you to first verify the scenario on a supported release of Windows if he / she cannot reproduce the scenario you presented to him / her.
