Getting Error "No Environments Found" in Preview

I'm getting this error in "In Private" and normal browser.  Can you help me resolve please?

    The issue you are having is because someone in your company tenant already setup a trial. Please ask your Global Administrator to help you find out who created a trial. Once you have that information, please work with that user to get a username assigned to you by following these instructions: learn.microsoft.com/.../add-users
