    Hi Aravind,

You are mentioning Dynamics 365 Finance, but the pricing is part of Supply Chain Management and Commerce (Retail). Is your question related to regular sales orders or retail?

Can you also provide an example what scenario you want to achieve?

    Hi Andre,

    Thanks for the reply.

My 2 scenarios are explained below and yes, I am looking for scenarios where Tiered discounts (Flat and Incremental) can be applied to Sales orders for customers.

    1- Flat tiered Discount

    Ex: 0 - 50k – 0% Discount

    50k – 100k – 10% Discount

    100k – 200k – 15% Discount

So, If a customer is billed with 150k, they should be eligible for a 15% Discount.

2- Incremental Discount - These are flat discounts as per the slabs but incremental in nature.

    Ex: 0 - 50k – 0% Discount

    50k – 100k – 10% Discount

    100k – 200k – 15% Discount

So, If a customer is billed with 150k, they will be eligible for Incremental Discounts. For the amount till 50k they will get 0% Discount for another 50k they will get a 10% Discount, while for the last 50k they will get a 15% Discount.

    Thanks

    Hi Aravind,

For the flat discount, you can setup trade agreements with from and to quantity and set the discount percentage. So, this scenario is supported out of the box.

I'm not sure if the incremental option is supported with the retail pricing, discount and/or rebate options. In the past, Kurt Hatlevik wrote a blog about Retail pricing/discount options. I can't quickly find that blog. Maybe you can use a search engine yourself for more help.
