Generation of Appontment with workflow

Hello,

I have this rather simple workflow. Main idea is that system should create an appointment each time a specific campaign record is created. The issue that I am facing is that system is creating appointments that are of "open" status. These appointments are not synchronized with Outlook calendar afterwards. When I manually create an appointment then this appointment is synchronized to outlook perfectly, so I am guessing that if I want my appointments to be synchronized with outlook calendar, then they have to be of "scheduled" status. Any ideas, how I could achieve results that I am seeking? Thank you.
