I completed setting up integrating the Outlook on web with Business central On cloud through assisted setup as admin user. Also I have uploaded XML files for Document View and Business Central in the Microsoft 365 admin center. I have also completed /Get the Outlook Add-in/ in the Business Central. But I cannot see business central Insights in my admin user outlook. So I have checked custom add-in in my outlook and added Document view and business central add-in in the outlook. But still cannot able to see insights in outlook. Please suggest me the way to get those insights in the Outlook.
Yes. I have checked my outlook on web. That Business central symbol are not showing anywhere. Though i have completed setup in BC and also installed apps in Outlook. I haven't received any mail from Business central or any test mail.
Is there any connection between Email setup in BC and Outlook setup? Bcos we have not enabled setup for email. Is this setup restrict us to get mail from BC?

Have You checked if You have the additional button when Creating contacts in outlook ? I think this would work only on the Outlook web-app, not the Windows installed client.
