I have a user that is experiencing a skip in batch file sequence numbers and check numbers. She is the only one that performs this task so we are not sure where the numbers in between go. She is able to go back and void most of those but cannot find them all.
I would love any assistance on where to begin troubleshooting this as I am still somewhat new in supporting GP (we run GP 10, FYI).
