Functional consultant

Hi there

I am happy to be a part of this community

I've been working as a Business Analyst for many years and particularly over the last 2 years as one that helped transition the company from version 8..2 on premise to version 9 cloud.

I really want to grow in my understanding of how I can leverage this to operate as a functional consultant in my setting.

Outside of a taking the Microsoft exams, what are the key 'practical' things do I need to do in my day to day work in order to achieve this for Dynamics 365 Customer service and Sales modules please?

Thanks Peter

    Hi Peter,

    Welcome to the community!

I think the best way is to get your hands dirty.

You can start with the labs in Microsoft Learn - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/get-started-with-dynamics-365-for-customer-service/ and also try to adapt business/user requirements to Dynamics.

    Wish you the best!
