Hi Friends When I run The Report I got this error 

An item with the same key has already been added

This is my Screenshot Query that I am using in my Report

    Hello Jamil,

    This issue is usually caused by the duplicate columns in your query for the report.  You can use SQL Profiler to check the sql clause generated by SSRS to see which columns cause this issue.

    I did not used  the SQL Profiler before  can you give me an example how to use it to check the sql clause generated by SSRS to see which columns cause this issue .
