Trail balance showing 2 lines for the same account

When i am posting manual Journal entry to my realized gain account , the entry is reflecting as a different line on the trail balance for the same account. I have other account has the same setup but they are reflecting as one line and the posted journal is reflecting on the posted transaction.

    Hi Ranjan,

    Are you using management reporter or the trial balance from the menu directly? Do you have financial dimensions enabled on this report? If so, could there be an entry with an empty and one with a space as dimension value? Are you also aware of changes in account structures after initial setup and some transactions? Would it be possible to add a screenshot?

    Hello ranjan279,

    Have you tried refreshing/restarting the session and cleared all filters and personalizations to the trial balance form?

    If this does not resolve the problem, then have a look at LCS especially if you operate an older AX2012 system.

    I found 3 hotfixes that deal with duplicate lines in the trial balance form.

    Depending on the system version that you operate one of them might apply and fix your issue.
