Trying to download either the Release file for Dynamics GP 2018 18.5 or the Year End Update file for GP 2018 using the following reference pages:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/s-e/gp/usgpye2018_396
Selecting either file requires a M$ sign in. After getting through the paingful sign in process, I wind up in Customer Source, which I thought was defunct. After getting signed in and going back to the reference pages and selecting the files all I get is a never loading white screen.
Thanks for any assistance. Running out of time to get this update installed.
The File Download service still needs a CustomerSource login.
Once you got your CustomerSource login working, did you try and download again?

If you're having issues with the internal sites, logging in, etc., you can reach out to this team > itmbssup@microsoft.com
If you're seeing a white screen when attempting to download from our internal sites, try different browsers, deleting any caching, etc., as it's probably more a browser issue.
If you're still not able to download a file, you can open a support case and we can get you whatever files you need.
