Hi,
I created a workflow that sends email when a new case was created. However, if the case was created from customer portal the workflow is not working. No email received

Hi Jane,
Please check the Scope of the Workflow. If it is set to 'User' level then Set it's scope to the 'Organization'.

It's working now. You're right had to change the scope.

1. What is the output message in Setting=>System Job for case creation,
is there in system job "Status Reason" is Successful ?
2. if it successful do the "configure the Microsoft Dynamics CRM E-mail Router ".
3. check scope of workflow from "user" to "Organization".
