Couldn't Access Article

Hi Guys,

I have given Read privilege & organisational access level to the Article entity.

But I still couldn't read the Article. What else do I need to set in the Security Role.

    Hi Kentan

    Can you try giving yourself following privilege under 'Service Tab' of your current security role:

    Knowledge Article -Read

    Knowledge Article Views- Read

    give read access to process configuration ...let us know if this solves

    Hi,

    Giving read access to the Subject did not resolve the issue. Please refer screenshot.

    I had clicked on the link under the title, & I got the error prompt.

    FYI, my article is in the dashboard.

    please give organisational level privilege to subject in core record  in security role....hope it helpd
