I need step by step guide on adding multiple technicians to a new service call entry. My Tech Assignment window doesn't show any technician even though in the technician maintenance, all techs are linked to service areas. what am I doing wrong?

well yes and no. At Technician Assignment, I marked both options ie to check by service area and by skills. This worked immediately afterwards. However, subsequent service calls are not showing any technician in the technician assignment window.
