RealtimeServiceCheck Failure on Dev Environment

Dear All,
There is a real time service check failure error as below in VM Development environment, I upgraded the the VM from 10.0.29 to 10.0.36.
 
In event log there is an certificate issue, certificate is missing, how to resolve the certificate error.

    If this is a Tier-1 box, you can try running Retail Tenant Update.ps1 tool which will be available in the desktop screen.
