Error Message while creating a Customer Journey as administrator

Hi there,

an administrator wanted to create a customer journey and while going live he got an Error Message, says he has no permissions on prvWritemsdyncrm_customerjourney.

ErrorMessage.jpg

After a relogin (and clearing cache as well) everything was fine and we do not have any further Issues. The admin went live with the customer journey as he wanted to do it before. So there is no more problem, but i want to figure out why there was this error and what does it says.

Does somebody know more about this error? I did not find anything in the web for it.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

There are several issues posted by other users with the same error code as yours.

Because the text on your screenshot is not in English, it is impossible to confirm which specific questions are consistent with yours.

Here's an article with a more detailed description.

The issue in it occurred after upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

Please take a look at the article and make sure you have the same upgrade operation.

After upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, an error occurs: "The logged-on user does not have the appropriate security permissions to view these records or perform the specific action"

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,

    Nya

    Hi Nya,

    thank you for your reply!

The Error Message says something like: "Insufficient permissions.

You don`t have the permission prvWritemsdyncrm_customerjourney to call msdyncrm_customerjourney entities"

Startet Dynamics 365 Marketing with Wave 1 2020, so there was no upgrade to CRM 2011.

    Thanks,

    Ferdinand

    Hi there,

sorry for my very late reply. I was out of office.. The CRM was installed last year, but an Update to newest Version fixed it. (I hope so :-) )

Thank you very much for answers!

    Regards
    Ferdinand
