Dependency Issue

Morning,

We have a CI data environment. I have a couple of issues, but the main problem is the fact that when I try to edit and save matching or duplication rules, there is a CI data message indicating that I have a specific Dataverse dependency and need to break that dependency before I can continue.
Where do I need to treat this dependency?
Message:
Unify

Couldn't save unify
Detected DataVerse dependencies in msdynci_customerprofile entity on these attribute(s): LastModifiedDate. Please delete these dependencies and merge again.

I have removed all references to this field in CI, but yet cannot save with the message above been displayed
