Hello,
I'm trying to register a plugin using plugin Registration tool, its seems connected but nothing happens.
Could you please Help me?

I tried to connect my Tool downloaded with the same version like you 7.0.1.3893 64 bits and everything works fine for me. www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
Maybe you have a problem in your network with some proxy/firewall
Please try to do this connection in a unblocked network.

I already tried on different computers, but still the same problem. I fixed the problem by Using an older version of Plugin Registration Tool ( 6.1.0 V2).
