Looking for an explanation of how the Contacts and Relationship subgrid on the Organization form should be working (meaning what should be showing). Same goes for the contact form, what should be showing and how does it work.

The subgrid can add a view to conveniently display the entity records you want. The content it displays is the data of a certain view of the entity specified when you add the subgrid. Using subgrid can save you from having to open a new interface.
