When submit PR show this error:
"Stopped (error): SysWorkflowQueue-resume    X++ Exception: Failed to find workflow version
 at SysWorkflowQueue-resume"
although the work flow version is activated

    No and i created another PR and the same error found

    Issue solved
    Just inactive any version for any other workflow version that created before
