Management Reporter Reporting Tree

We're stumped.

Have just migrated FRx 6.7 to MR 2.12.16003.25 (CU16).  We initially chose "Data Mart Only" instead of Legacy, but after we noticed this problem, we added Legacy.  ALL is working well, with this *one* exception:

In our Balance Sheet, we have a Row for Year-To-Date Net Income.  When we print it, EVERY DOLLAR AMOUNT on the BS matches our previous FRx report EXCEPT the one row which defines Year-To-Date Net Income (i.e. 4000:9999).   We deleted the row, and re-entered it with the same results.

We created a new Report Definition called Test, and just inserted one row - The Net Income 4000:9999.  When we run this new report WITHOUT using the Reporting Tree, it calculates correctly;  if we run it WITH the Reporting Tree, it gives us a bogus number.

We've looked at the Reporting Tree for hours, but don't see anything wrong with it.  And it would "appear" to be a non-corrupt Reporting Tree since every other line on the Balance Sheet matches to the penny.  It's just this one summary line 4000:9999, both in our original BS and in our Test:  if we use the Reporting Tree it gives a bogus number;  if we do not use the Reporting Tree, it's correct.

We need some help identifying the problem with our Reporting Tree, but it looks just fine to us.  Suggestions, please!

Create a new Row Definition utilizing Edit > 'Insert Rows from Dimensions'.

Select the Start 4000 & End 9999 for the Main Account dimension.

Associate this row with your Report and generate the report.

Comparing these results to the FRx to GP account values should give you a better representation of what account is not as expected.
