CRM - LinkedIn Integration Issue

Hi,
I have done CRM - LinkedIn integration.But, when I open the CRM Lead form, the LinkedIn section is showing a message to upgrade the version. I am already using paid version of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.The screenshot is attached for reference.

Can anyone suggest how to resolve this issue?
