Hi all,

I would like to understand why work is not being generated for the location QUARANTINE, where the inventory status is set to "QC Hold", as part of the cycle count plan.

Could someone please clarify if this is expected behavior due to the inventory status or if there might be a setup or configuration causing this?

Is the parameter 'Allow cycle counting' active for the location profile of the location QUARANTINE?

Yes the parameter 'Allow cycle counting' is active for the location profile QUARANTINE and still work didn't get generated.
