In Copilot for Sales integrated with Outlook, we can associate emails with contacts, companies, opportunities, etc. The system allows you to automatically or manually select the link between the email and the data.
I have a problem with the delay. I create an opportunity in D365 CE. Then, I go to Outlook, I open an email then COPILOT For Sales, I want to save the mail to the opportunity that I created a few seconds earlier ... it does not appear. I have to wait several minutes.
Is this normal? Is there a setting to apply for a direct synchronization of Copilot for Sales with D365 CE?
