Custom field for entitlement

Is there any way to add a custom field to an entitlement template. We are in a situation where each entitlement will have a GUID associated with it to create a link between the entitlement and an external workspace. Adding the GUID to a product and adding this to the entitlement does not suit as the same product will be used for each entitlement but there are workspaces that will be inside this product for each account. If the adding of custom fields is not possible is there some other way this would be viable through entitlements or are they simply not suited to this use case.

Hi,

please refer to below pictures

you can create field through here.

but from the form itself, you cant drag the field into form and the save button is disabled.

Just to clarify what exactly do you mean by creating a field in an entitlement template but not being able to drag it into the form

Hi,

Entitlement template form is not open for customization. Although you can create field in entitlement template, but you cant drag into form.
