ReportCurrently we have a notes field where we are using a simple name; for our website linking the field ; we need something where following can be achieved in the notes field.
for example the cologne coolwater ; in notes field we have coolwater.
we would like to have
"Coolwater" "Eau de toillette Spray" by "Davidoff" for "Men"
This is if i translate the data from respective fields
"Notes" "Subdescription3" by "Subdescription1" for "Department"
someone said we can exporrt the database in excel and use excel canotation function to put data as required and import back; i do not know how to do that; do you have any suggestion how can we achieve that?
Once this notes field is revised; i need the field Extended description and Notes to be swapped in the database; as for the website integration of those fields.
Please suggest
