Print receipt to Onenote via CPOS

Hi ALL,
 
I would like to print receipt from CPOS to OneNote
 
 
I have setup the HW profile with the Printer name as OneNote (same on my machine).
 
Paired CPOS with HW station which is installed in the same local machine. Pair successfully, ping successfully
The receipt format is setting "Prompt user". Then I expected the receipt will be generate after we complete a sale transaction 
But it pops up an error saying Server Error,  then I open the Page Inspect, it is tracking error 500 No internet server error. 
 
 
Can you please advise?

    1. Could you please try printing an X report. This will be help you to confirm the issue is not related to any other peripheral connected to HW or receipt setup configurations. 
     
    2. Are you able to print to the said windows printer from other applications or test print option from control panel ?
     
    3. A work around will be to set the printer option in Hardware profile to "Device". On this setup, the POS will show the windows print dialog box where you can choose a printer.
