Batch job Email Alerts in AX 2009

Batch job is configured by user account with Japanese language. 

when Alert fires Email text is replaced with ????? . Sample below:

??? ??? Batch job Processor ????????????????????????????: 

TS???????????
0 ?????????
???????????????? ????????????

1. Japanese font is already installed on batch server.

what could be the possible cause of this.

    That is already done. Custom email templates are working  fine. This is happening for Batch Job alert email only.
