Text Value is not Showing in Hyper terminal

Hello Experts

I Created Login Mini-form as like below Screen Shot

In this I defined Header as text with value Welcome , but the header is not Showing in Hyper-terminal.Please Consider below Screen Shot

And in Main Mini-form also I am getting same Problem. I defined Mini-form as like below Screen Shot

In Hyper-terminal it Just Showing Serial Numbers, please consider below Screen Shot

Can any one tell me What is the problem here , Please Suggest me Solution for this Problem.
