Hi guys,
when we deploy model from test server to live server security all security roles disturb.
what is best method to deploy security roles and how to fix this.

Can you elaborate what you mean with "all security roles disturb"? Please provide concrete examples about what you experience.
the security privileges we assigned to users removed on liver server of Dynamics Ax 2012 R3 I mean to say if a user can see a report link. after deployment of major development task in the form of model from test server to live server. user privileges remove(user can not see report link) from live server.
Can you tell if you did change the security on both the test and the live server? If so, there might be other object IDs used which can explain the issue you are facing. Did you also check the contents of the model?
Are your prod security privileges in same model than what you deployed from test to prod? If yes, that would explain your problem since the new model replaced the existing model in prod.
If you do security directly in Prod then you need to change your process a bit. You need to have an environment where you will import latest modelstore from prod, apply customizations via XPOs, prepare model and deploy this model to UAT for testing and then to Prod. This way you won't delete anything done directly in prod.
