When sending the sales invoices by email, the sent as email check is not marked on the sales invoice history page. Can you tell me why this happens? Is it because I have an SMTP account configured and not an office account in the email?

I have the same question (0)With the details provided is hard to understand what is the ask here. I would suggest to reformulate with a very detailed repro step or contact your CSP partner or reseller to create a support request to Microsoft.
