Price model calculation in product configurator

I have been trying to configure the product configurator in D365 for operations. I am using attribute based price model and have added 2 component costs (based on defined conditions) to my base price. And now I want to add a 3rd component to derive the final price, the 3rd component is 30% of the value calculated from base price+1st component+ 2nd component. I have not been able to figure out what expression  can be used to define my 3rd component i.e. 3rd component = ---------* .3

In the above expression what attribute or symbol can I use in place of ----- to meet my requirement. In summary I have my base price and then I am adding 2 cost components to base price and the 3rd component is my markup (30%) which I want to define on total of base price and the other 2 components

    Add on query to this---

What is the use of "cost based" option in the pricing method field in versions of product configurator. i.e. Can we use the attribute based cost calculations starting from the cost of the product, to reach the sales price

Hi... Did you find solution for the same or any workaround for this process...?

no response, but my understanding on this is that with the price model of attribute based, you can use the attributes in the expressions to derive the final price starting from a base price.

But with cost based, the attribute based calculations is ignored and system refers the costing sheet, calculation groups and cost groups to derive the sales price.
