Hi everyone,
I am looking for guidance on how to integrate FHIR with Dynamics 365 finance and operations. Specifically, I want to be able to retrieve data from a FHIR server and store it in Dynamics 365 finance and operations.and send also data from 365 F&O to FHIR server .
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FHIR in integrated within Apigee API management so FHIR is built on a RESTful architecture and supports HTTP-based APIs for exchanging data between systems. This allows us to use familiar web technologies such as JSON.
my question is about is there connector to connect with D365 and allowed transformation into FHIR Format

I need to transform output format to FHIR format , that's why i need to have feedback from your projects if you already used FHIR to choose the best way to do so .

this is different because we need to have layer to transform D365 output Data into FHIR format and the API management FHIR input Data into D365 data format , so my question is there a connector or other azure solutions allows us to do this transformation et integration with API management gateway.

It seems like it though: Microsoft FHIR Server Connector for FHIR R4 Base resources. Not sure if this is correct for you.
One option is: you might be able to connect to it using Azure Logic Apps and send the data to Dynamics 365 Finance. How much data will be transferred? An alternative is to connect (consume a REST service) from Dynamics 365 Finance and download the data directly.
The Azure Logic has already been considered , but because we have a lot of import/export interfaces and a large amounts of data , it will be expensive . the second point is that we need anyway to develop the integration layer in this case .
in order to save some time , we wondered if we can find predefined Azure/AWS integration layer to communicate with API management using FHIR format.
