We are currently facing a problem, incoming emails to the mailboxes are moved into the Undeliverable folder in the mailboxes it’s connected to and this folder is generally created by the email router and its used to store any emails that it can’t import into CRM for whatever reason (special characters, large attachments, etc.) . We have a email to case creation rule configured but due to this movement of the emails not all the emails are being converted to cases.
We have already tried out one of the recommended fix (registry key update @https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/140049?pi51685=2#responses) for this but didn't work. Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
