Three dependent drop down using javascript

Hi All,

I have new requirement for my CRMOnline form. I got three dropdowns

Centre:

Category:

Sub-Category:

The solution using the XML and javascript will not work for me, as the combination of the Centre: and Category: decides what to load in the Sub-Category: drop down.

Please, can Someone suggest a solution here?

you can use my solution:

crmoptionsets.azurewebsites.net

you can have more than 2 dependent optionsets, and the generator will help you to select the options and preview the result
