Guten Tag,

einer meiner Kollegen hatte ein Problem beim Versenden eines Berichts an einen Kunden.

Beim Versuch, den Bericht zu versenden, erhielt er die folgende Fehlermeldung:

Wir haben Folgendes versucht:

Hinzufügen von Admin-Rechten (und Vollzugriff auf "C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_MSIL\Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook\15.0.0.0_71e9bce111e9429c");
Reparatur von Microsoft Office;
Neuinstallation von Microsoft Office (danach funktionierte es ca. 2 Tage, dann trat der Fehler erneut auf).

Wie kann man dieses Problem lösen?

It doesn't seem to be a NAV issue. If reinstalling Office doesn't solve the problem, you can consider reinstalling the NAV client. This should solve the problem.
