What is the difference between service warranty periods parts vs. labor? Is parts considered items and labor considered resources?

    You got it!  Parts = Items consumed during the Service Order.  Labor = Resources recorded against the Service Order.  The system will apply the discount % associated with each type as the lines are entered.
