Best place to ask for guidance with Error Messages in BC

We have been using Business Central v18 on prem for a little over a year and there are times that we will still get error messages when we are working in the system. I am trying to find a place that I can get assistance or clarity on how to figure out what is wrong and how to go about fixing the problem? Maybe this is the right location but I wanted to ask before I started posting here and finding out that I should be posting elsewhere.

    Hi, If this is a problem caused by customization, it is recommended to contact your partner.
    If this is a standard issue, unfortunately BC18 is end of support, please upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.
