Hi,

I am trying to exchange documents through AIF service(SalesSalesOrder) using File system Adapter . I have done same what is mentioned in below:

My my batch job is showing in waiting status since yesterday , see below:

why its not completed , how can i check the root cause of this

The question should be "why it didn't start", not "why its not completed" (which would make sense if it was executing but wasn't able to finish).

First check if other batch jobs runs or not. Also verify that your batch server is configured to process the batch group you assigned to the batch job.

Oh! sorry Martin ,

Anyways, i am seeing my server configuration which seems me wrong because my sandbox AOS is not configured for Batch server , see below:

Yes, that's definitely wrong. Batch jobs won't work if you don't allow their execution.
