Currently, Items have a core set of RAW material inventory that make the Product, but each order has different dimensions. Our pricing/order tool generates a CSV for BOM import into Dynamics GP with component P/N's and dimensions of each component. What is best way to handle the costing for the BOM with the variable dimensions?

you could try a base bom (with the common components)...and then add the variable componets as needed...??
